Starpharma's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 14 November 2025, at 2:00 pm (Melbourne time).

The AGM will be held in a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to attend and participate in the Meeting in person or remotely through an online platform. The online platform will allow shareholders to view the Meeting, submit questions, and vote in real-time. Shareholders can also vote by proxy and submit questions before the Meeting. 

Shareholders and proxy holders can attend the AGM in person at 

Jumar Bioincubator: Level 1, 655 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. 

Jumar Bioincubator requires all shareholders attending in person to register on the ground floor upon arrival and provide photo identification. 

Shareholders and proxy holders can attend and participate in the meeting online through the Computershare Meeting Platform via this link:
